Party” and “products” refers to products sold by us, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Customers and ourselves, or either the Customer or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to our customers in the most appropriate manner, for the express purpose of meeting the customer’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing laws. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

Any and all use of our services/Products is subject to this Agreement, which may be updated by us from time to time without prior notice to our customers. Any change of terms shall be binding and effective upon posting of the revised Agreement on our website. In addition to this Agreement, specific services or information contained within this website may be subject to additional posted terms or guidelines applicable to such services/Products. All such terms or guidelines are hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

ORDER PROCESS/PAYMENTS

If you wish to purchase any of our product or service made available on our site, please be aware that you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, your phone number, house address, email address, delivery address, card details, any such information needed by us for you to make payments and provide our products and service to you.

We offer two forms of payment to our users. Depending on the category of user or consumer you are (either end-user consumer or business consumer), you might be required to pay immediately or within 30 days of purchase. Our end-users are always required to pay immediately on the website for purchases made. While our business users/consumers (business credit clients) can either pay immediately or pay within 30 days of purchase.

You might be required to set up an account or signup to our website to make a purchase or complete an order. However, this is not compulsory as you can also complete an order as a guest. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we might still require you to submit certain personal identifiable information to complete the order.

SETTING UP AN ACCOUNT

To effectively use our website/services and enjoy certain features, we suggest you sign up or set up an account with us. This account will contain certain personal details and Payment Information. To setup an account, kindly follow the following steps:

a) Create an account/signup by filling out all the details required during the signup process;
b) Our system shall verify if the submission is valid and once verified, an email shall be sent to the email provided during your signup;
c) Once an account has been created on our website, you can then make a purchase or complete your order;
In creating your account and continuing to use this Website, you represent and warrant that:

It is recommended that you do not share your Account details, particularly your username and password. If you have reason to believe that your Account details have been obtained by another without consent, you should contact ccktech immediately to suspend your Account and cancel any unauthorised orders or payments that may be pending.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unsatisfied with the product, you can request a refund from us. Before considering a refund, our first line of action is to see if we can rectify the problem you are having. A refund will only be issued in instances where the product has failed to meet the standard as described. Once your refund is approved, you shall be notified by us.

FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS

In the event of any claim that your payment card has been used without your permission or any other fraudulent use of payment cards, we will assist the bank and police authorities with any investigations including providing them with all the details used to register associated profiles, card authentication and any communications through or related to the Site. Falsely making any such fraudulent claims can result in your profile being blacklisted which will affect your future card purchases. Denying a purchase that you have made is illegal and may result in legal action towards you, which can lead to prosecution, fines and impairment of your credit rating.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Subject to other terms in these Terms and Conditions, all Content included on the Website, unless uploaded by Users, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, sound clips, video clips, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and software is the property of ccktech, our affiliates or other relevant third parties. By continuing to use the Website or purchase our products, you acknowledge that such material is protected by applicable laws of the England and Wales, International Intellectual Property regulations and other laws. SERVICES, PRICING & AVAILABILITY

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that all descriptions of products/services available on our website correspond with the actual products/services, we are not responsible for any variations from these descriptions. This does not exclude our liability for mistakes due to negligence on our part and refers only to variations of the correct Services, not different Services altogether. All pricing information on the Website is correct at the time of going online. ccktech reserves the right to change prices and alter or remove any special offers from time to time and as necessary.

In the event that prices are changed during the period between an order being placed for a product and ccktech processing that order, you will be contacted prior to your order being processed with details of the new price.

PROVISION OF SERVICES & DELIVERY

Provision and delivery of product shall commence when full payment has been received. We shall do our best to deliver the product/service with reasonable skill and care.

In the event that your product/service is not delivered when due, we advise that you allow 2-3 additional days for the delivery to arrive. If after this time, your product is yet to be delivered, contact us using the details displayed on our website.

SEVERABILITY

LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions and the relationship between you and ccktech shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of England and Wales, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in England and Wales.

CLAIMS

In the event that you have a claim or action against us from using our product or use of our Site or the Service, including any breach of these Terms, all claims shall be settled according to the laws of England and Wales.

If there is any claim against you by us or other third parties, you agree to pay, hold harmless and defend us in the claim or action. ENITRE AGREEMENT
