This agreement applies to and between you, the User of this website and ccktech (http://ccktech.com). Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Website or buying our products/services. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you should stop using the Website immediately. Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using this website and any mobile application (the “Service”) operated by ccktech or (http://ccktech.com) (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
In this Agreement “you” and “your” refer to our customers, prospective customers, and users of our website and products/Services, “we”, “company”, “us” and “our” refer to http://ccktech.com or CCK Tech, “Service” refers to the services provided by us. Party” and “products” refers to products sold by us, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Customers and ourselves, or either the Customer or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to our customers in the most appropriate manner, for the express purpose of meeting the customer’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing laws. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.
Any and all use of our services/Products is subject to this Agreement, which may be updated by us from time to time without prior notice to our customers. Any change of terms shall be binding and effective upon posting of the revised Agreement on our website. In addition to this Agreement, specific services or information contained within this website may be subject to additional posted terms or guidelines applicable to such services/Products. All such terms or guidelines are hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
By using http://ccktech.com (the “Site”) or any of our services or Products (“Services” and `“Products”), you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms of Services (the “Terms of Services”) and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

It is unlawful to try and gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any computer or database connected to the Site. You must not attack the Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack. By breaching this provision, you will be committing a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities, and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use the Site will cease immediately.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our Site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.

We have consistently grown in size and reputation as a trusted supplier of recording media across a number of verticals. We pride ourselves on consistent high levels of service, providing solutions and support.
If you wish to purchase any of our product or service made available on our site, please be aware that you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, your phone number, house address, email address, delivery address, card details, any such information needed by us for you to make payments and provide our products and service to you.
We offer two forms of payment to our users. Depending on the category of user or consumer you are (either end-user consumer or business consumer), you might be required to pay immediately or within 30 days of purchase. Our end-users are always required to pay immediately on the website for purchases made. While our business users/consumers (business credit clients) can either pay immediately or pay within 30 days of purchase.
You might be required to set up an account or signup to our website to make a purchase or complete an order. However, this is not compulsory as you can also complete an order as a guest. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we might still require you to submit certain personal identifiable information to complete the order.
SETTING UP AN ACCOUNT
To effectively use our website/services and enjoy certain features, we suggest you sign up or set up an account with us. This account will contain certain personal details and Payment Information. To setup an account, kindly follow the following steps:

We accept no liability for any losses or damages incurred as a result of your Account details being shared by you. If you have reason to believe that your Account details have been obtained by another without consent, you should contact ccktech immediately to suspend your Account and cancel any unauthorised orders or payments that may be pending.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unsatisfied with the product, you can request a refund from us. Before considering a refund, our first line of action is to see if we can rectify the problem you are having. A refund will only be issued in instances where the product has failed to meet the standard as described. Once your refund is approved, you shall be notified by us.
In the event of any claim that your payment card has been used without your permission or any other fraudulent use of payment cards, we will assist the bank and police authorities with any investigations including providing them with all the details used to register associated profiles, card authentication and any communications through or related to the Site. Falsely making any such fraudulent claims can result in your profile being blacklisted which will affect your future card purchases. Denying a purchase that you have made is illegal and may result in legal action towards you, which can lead to prosecution, fines and impairment of your credit rating.
Subject to other terms in these Terms and Conditions, all Content included on the Website, unless uploaded by Users, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, sound clips, video clips, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and software is the property of ccktech, our affiliates or other relevant third parties. By continuing to use the Website or purchase our products, you acknowledge that such material is protected by applicable laws of the England and Wales, International Intellectual Property regulations and other laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, store or in any other fashion re-use material from the Website unless otherwise indicated on the Website or unless given express written permission to do so by ccktech.

SERVICES, PRICING & AVAILABILITY
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that all descriptions of products/services available on our website correspond with the actual products/services, we are not responsible for any variations from these descriptions. This does not exclude our liability for mistakes due to negligence on our part and refers only to variations of the correct Services, not different Services altogether. All pricing information on the Website is correct at the time of going online. ccktech reserves the right to change prices and alter or remove any special offers from time to time and as necessary.
In the event that prices are changed during the period between an order being placed for a product and ccktech processing that order, you will be contacted prior to your order being processed with details of the new price.
PROVISION OF SERVICES & DELIVERY
Provision and delivery of product shall commence when full payment has been received. We shall do our best to deliver the product/service with reasonable skill and care.
In the event that your product/service is not delivered when due, we advise that you allow 2-3 additional days for the delivery to arrive. If after this time, your product is yet to be delivered, contact us using the details displayed on our website.
Your safety when using our site is paramount to us. Hence, all reasonable skill and care shall be taken to ensure your safety when using our website.
We will do our best to maintain the operation of the Site. However, we may need to temporarily suspend the Service for operational reasons (e.g. for repairs, planned maintenance or upgrades). We promise to restore the Site as soon as reasonably possible after any suspension.

MODIFICATION OF SERVICE & THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS
ccktech reserves the right to change the Website, its Content or these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be bound by any changes to the Terms and Conditions from the first time you use the Website following the changes. If we are required by law to make any changes to these Terms and Conditions, these changes will apply automatically to any orders currently pending in addition to any orders placed by you in the future.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ccktech accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage, foreseeable or otherwise, including any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of our website and Products/services. Users should be aware that they use the Website (its content), products and services at their own risk. We accept no liability for any disruption or non-availability of products resulting from external causes including, but not limited to, natural events, acts of war or legal restrictions, problem with supplier, and censorship.
If we fail to comply with these terms and/or any of our products/services as promised to you, we are responsible for any reasonable loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking this agreement or our failing to use reasonable care and skill, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable.

Nonetheless, you shall indemnify and hold ccktech harmless from any loss, liability, costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising out of any claim of injury or damage from the services or products; caused by your negligence or misconduct or breach of the terms set out on our site.
Any default, delay or omission of any of the provisions of this Agreement by either Party will not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or other provisions.
In the event that any of the provisions of this Agreement are held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, all other provisions will nevertheless continue to be valid and enforceable with the invalid or unenforceable parts severed from the remainder of this Agreement.
Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through mediation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through mediation, then the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by a qualified arbitrator from England and Wales or as agreed upon by the parties.
PREVIOUS TERMS & CONDITIONS
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any prior versions thereof, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless it is expressly stated otherwise.
THIRD PARTY RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall confer any rights upon any third party. The agreement created by these Terms and Conditions is between you and ccktech.
LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions and the relationship between you and ccktech shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of England and Wales, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in England and Wales.
In the event that you have a claim or action against us from using our product or use of our Site or the Service, including any breach of these Terms, all claims shall be settled according to the laws of England and Wales.
If there is any claim against you by us or other third parties, you agree to pay, hold harmless and defend us in the claim or action. You also agree to take all reasonable steps required in the defence of any claim and allow us to assume the exclusive defence and control of the matter at our discretion.
