Our returns policy and your rights
Our priority is to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase from ccktech. Our returns policy is displayed below and should you have any queries, please feel free to contact our sales team for assistance by using the contact form or the live chat feature which is at the bottom of the page (09:00 – 18:00 Mon – Fri).
Returning Or Exchanging
If an item purchased from ccktech is confirmed as faulty, you have within 30 days of receiving your order to return for a full refund or an exchange. If your item does not appear to be working correctly or as described, please first contact one of our sales team so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.
ccktech will arrange for collection of the faulty good(s) via our courier service (outside London) or our own delivery and collection team (within London). You will be notified of a 2-hour window in which the collection of goods will take place.
If you find a fault with your product after 30 days, please contact us so we can organise a repair with the manufacturer, a replacement or a full refund.
You can return your item for a full refund by notifying us of your intention within 14 days of receipt of your order, following which you have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to ccktech when the order has been cancelled. Any returned item(s) must be as new with packaging in original condition. If the item is not faulty, you are responsible to cover the cost of return. Your statutory rights are not affected.
We request that all returns be sent via insured and fully trackable means as ccktech cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
