Strawberry 7’s powerful new AI capabilities instantly generate incredibly accurate, editable transcripts of your media in over 99 languages, complete with automatic speaker labels. High-Velocity Approval Workflows

Stop managing complex approval workflows for individual files and take control with Strawberry’s powerful new suite of bulk actions. With a single right-click, you can now download entire folders with their structure intact, submit or force-approve large asset selections, and instantly apply release properties across your Gallery assets and folders. These essential tools are designed to eliminate repetitive post-production tasks, break through approval bottlenecks, and dramatically accelerate your entire workflow from initial submission to final delivery.

Flexible Licensing for Dynamic Teams

Creative teams are constantly changing—projects spin up, freelancers cycle in, and team members often work part-time. Your licensing should be just as flexible. To better accommodate dynamic workflows and clients with part-time user needs, we are transitioning the Strawberry Skies licensing model from a dedicated named-user system to a concurrent (floating) system.

Under this new model, a license (or seat) is consumed only when a user is actively logged in to a specific Skies user tier (Reviewer, Contributor, or Creator). Administrators can now provision any Skies tier for an unlimited number of users in the Admin Panel. The maximum number of simultaneous logins is simply determined by the number of seats purchased. This ensures ultimate flexibility and cost-efficiency—you only pay for the licenses actually in use at any given time.
